护理干预在肺结核患者治疗过程中的经济效益

【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预在肺结核患者治疗过程中的经济效益。方法采用随机抽选方法，选取2014年3月～8月来本院就诊100例初治活动性肺结核患者，随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组按《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南（2008年版）》（下简称《指南》）要求常规进行健康促进，干预组分别进行护理干预，比较两组患者的治愈时间，初治失败率及治愈费用。结果护理干预后患者的治愈时间，初治失败率及治愈费用均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论良好的护理将有助于提高患者疾病治疗效果，减少治愈时间，降低治愈失败率及减少总体治疗费用。%Objective To explore economic benefits of nursing intervention in treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 100 patients who were initially treated with active pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2014 to August were selected and they were randomly allocated to the intervention group and the control group.The control group was received routine health promotion according to 2008 Edition of Guide for implementation of tuberculosis control program in China (Guide) while the intervention group was received nursing.The healing time, failure rate of initial treatment and cure costs of two groups were compared.ResultsThe healing time, failure rate of initial treatment and
