【摘要】Objective To further explore and analyze the spiral CT imaging applications in the spine Section. Methods Spine department in our hospital in November 2012 admitted in November 2013 during the 120 patients, the patients were divided into a control group and observation group, the control group of patients using magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosis, observation group were treated with spiral of64multi-detector helical CT imaging for diagnosis, for two different value diagnostic methods were compared. Results After diagnosis, the patients in the control group of successful diagnosis of 45 cases, the diagnosis rate of 75%in the observation group were all successful diagnosis, diagnostic results were compared in patients with significant differences (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Spiral of 64multi-detector helical CT imaging has a high diagnostic yield in the spine division in favor of patients with early treatment, has a very important significance in clinical applications.%目的：进一步探讨和分析螺旋CT三维成像技术在脊椎骨科的应用价值。方法选取我院骨科于2012年11月-2013年11月期间收治的120例患者，将患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组患者采用核磁共振成像进行诊断，观察组患者采用西门子64排螺旋CT三
