Snodgrass术治疗小儿尿道下裂 61例临床分析

【摘要】目的 探讨Snodgrass手术治疗小儿尿道下裂的效果.方法 对2000 ～2010年我院应用Snodgrass尿道成形术治疗61例先天性尿道下裂患儿的临床资料进行回顾分析.其中阴茎体型56例,阴囊型5例.结果 术后随访6 ～24个月,一期手术治愈55例(90.2%),余6例发生尿瘘,其中1例尿瘘重新留置导尿管后治愈,冠状沟处漏尿3例,吻合口漏尿2例,6 ～12个月后行尿瘘修补术治愈.结论 Snodgrass手术一期治疗小儿尿道下裂操作简单,效果好,并发症少.%Objective To evaluate the effect of Snodgrass for hypospadias in children. Methods A retrospective review of hypospadias and urinary fistula in 61 cases treated by using Snodgrass urethroplasty,from 2000 to 2010 was done,including 56 of penis type and 5 of scrotal type. Results Within 6 to 24 months follow-up,55 cases( 90.2％ )were cured and 6 were found urine leakage. One was cured by reinstalled catheter. 3 cases with coronal leakage of urine,2 casese with anastomotic leakage. All the patients were cured with urinary fistula repair after 6 and 12 months. Conclusion Snodgrass repair for hypospadias was simple with good results and few complications. 【总页数】2页(636-637)
