【摘要】Objective This article aims to improve the empty container quarantine mechanisms to effectively prevent disease outbreaks and noxious substances from entering by promoting the construction of the pier information, analyzing and explo-ring advanced entry empty container quarantine mode. Methods Learn entry empty container quarantine mode and marina information technology from the advanced port, analyze the shortcomings of existing models and the problems in the work, discuss the quarantine risks of inbound empty containers, study entry quarantine new models and the ports' supporting infor-mation technology. Results Quarantine risk of inbound empty container is great and complex. Available quarantine mode in storage allows the occurrence of dismissal phenomenon. CIQ, custom and the seaport cannot work coordinately, efficiently and orderly, and the wok efficiency and service quality is knocked down because of the backward informationization manage-ment. Conclusion The problems of existing quarantine mode of inbound empty container cannot be ignored. New ones should be pushed on positively and reliably based on the informationization construction of wharf.%目的：大力推进码头信
