玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在前牙修复中的临床对比研究

【摘要】Objective To compare the clinical effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the restoration of anterior tooth. Methods 80 patients with anterior tooth residual crown who had received restoration in our hospital between March 2011 and November 2014 were selected as the research object, with 80 teeth involved. The 80 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases (40 teeth) in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with cast metal post for restoration, whereas those in the study group with glass fiber post. Follow-up study was given after the treatment, which lasted for 6 months. The curative effects in the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of the two groups was 92.5%, the success rate of the control group was 67.50%, the failure causes included tooth body, root fracture, and repair of the root fracture. The success rate of the two groups was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Through the comparison of the curative effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the restoration of anterior tooth, we can concluded that glass fiber post is with the advantages of better biocompatibility, less probability of tooth
fracture or root fracture, and higher success rate of anterior tooth restoration, thus it is worthwhile to be put into clinical application.%目的：对比分析玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在前牙修复中的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年3月至2014年11月期间接受治疗的80例前牙残冠修复患者作为研究分析对象，共80颗患牙，将所选80例患者随机均分为对照组和研究组，每组各40例（40颗患牙），对照组给予铸造金属桩进行治疗，研究组给予玻璃纤维桩进行治疗，治疗后，随访时间为6个月，比较两组患者治疗疗效。结果比较两组患者的修复成功率，研究组患者修复成功率为92.5%，对照组修复的成功率为67.50%，失败原因包含牙体折裂、根折，以及修复体根折。比较两组修复成功率，研究组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在前牙修复中的疗效，前者具有一定优势，生物相容性较好，牙折和根折的几率较小，前牙修复成功率较高，具有较大临床应用价值，值得大力推广。 【总页数】2页(25-26)
