【摘要】There are more and more cars equipped with LED lamps especially for luxury cars , but the application for the large coach is rarely reported .Due to the big installation space and rear engine , the optical and thermal designs are easier for large coaches .In this paper , we offer an alternative design for a headlamp of a large coach based on high-power LEDs.The light patterns at 25m are simulated and evaluated , which can satisfy the national standards very well .The optical system is composed of traditional parabolic reflectors and cylindrical lens , which is favorable for promotion and application due to the advantage of simple structure , easy processing and installation .%LED作为优质前照灯光源已在部分豪华轿车上使用，但在大型客车前照灯上的应用鲜有报道。相比小轿车，大型客车的结构特点非常有益于LED前照灯的光学和散热系统设计，因此更具技术和成本优势。以一款大型客车前照灯的LED光源替换设计为例，给出了各部分设计思路和实现方案，并对设计模型进行了计算验证分析，各项指标均满足国标要求。方案中利用传统的抛物面反射镜和柱状透镜进行组合光学设计，具有设计简单、易于加工和安装的典型特点，有利于大型客车LED前照灯的推广应用。 【总页数】6页(73-78)
