Currently the word is not a strictly psychological or medical terminology, but the phenomenon of postpone has become to be an important research topic in the management and psychology. Influences:
1. Lack of confidence. To some people, every task is not up to the highest ability that they have, the ability for self-assessment will become more lower, even worse they will become self-abasement.
2. I am busy. I don’t have it done because I’ve been busy, use this as an excuse for P. 3. Stubborn. Your urge on me cut no ice, I will be ready to start doing naturally. 4. Pressure. Every day a lot of pressure has to be faced so that something has to be dragged down.
All these characteristics will bring you some negative influences: 1、Stress & Anxiety increase your pressure and make you easily worry

3、Affect your daily life 4、Health & mental problem
Part3 Reasons
Reasons (How does P come about?)
1. Perfectionism. They expect all things can reach a very high level, so they do not want to have a rush beginning, everything should be ready for the job.
2. Easy decadence(堕落\\颓废). The task is too difficult, they just ask why I need to do this. They cannot tolerant continued to do this, they want to do it tomorrow. But more often they are not willing or unhappy to finish when tomorrow comes, and continue to put off their work.
3. Lazy. Always feel there is sufficient time and are able to complete the work in their last breath, willpower(意志力) is not strong.
4. Too hard. The task itself is too difficult, they have no idea about it and are afraid to take a start of the task.
Part4 Solutions 1.Category.
There certainly will be some problem that was unexpected and cannot be wait to solve. Winners spend time doing the most important but not the most urgent thing. Put all the work into four categories: both urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, not urgent nor important, then put them in order to complete. 2.Eliminate interference.
Turn off the QQ, turn off the music, turn off the TV......Turn off all the things that will affect your efficiency, to do things wholeheartedly. 3.Mutual supervision.
Finding some friends together to overcome this bad habit is much easier than doing it alone.
4.Do not give yourself too much time.
Psychological experts find that those who spend two years to complete postgraduate thesis always give themselves a little time to relax, but those who spend three years or more spend every minute in gathering information and writing. It means sometimes working the quicker the more efficient.
5.Set a more specific goal, cut the big task into smaller tasks.
For example, if your plan is “I want to lose weight and maintain good posture”, then this program is likely to abortion. But if your plan is “I get up at seven in the morning and go to the gym three times a week”, then this program is likely to be persevered. So, you may divide the task into small targets that can be controlled.
