构建以临床医学专业认证为导向的创新型教学质量监控体
系的探索

【摘要】教育评价是临床医学专业认证(以下简称认证)工作中的主要内容,核心是教学质量监控体系的构建.以认证标准为导向,构建创新型的教学质量监控体系是医学院校提高教育教学质量,实现人才培养目标的重要保障.本文对认证背景下医学院校的教学质量监控体系的现状进行了调查,分析了存在的问题,并结合辽宁医学院的工作实践提出了相应的对策:一是更新教育理念在认证标准的指导下构建创新型的教学质量监控体系;二是构建创新型教学质量监控管理组织体系;三是构建创新型教学质量监控管理制度体系;四是构建创新型教学质量监控指标体系;五是构建创新型教学质量监控激励与制约体系.íucational evaluation is the main work of clinical medical accreditation,and teaching quality monitoring system is the core of it.Therefore,the construction of the system is the guarantee for reaching the goals of medical talent cultivation.The status of teaching quality monitoring system under the background of accreditation were investigated.This paper analyzes of the
