Personal reflection
Were five members in our team, but, now we are only four. Though we lost a very potential team member, we are still a united team which is full of vigor and painstaking. Comparatively speaking our team is a small group in this class. Everyone in our group is so assiduous and unique that we have the confidence in this assignment to face and conquer any challenge. It could have been the fifth member who was our team leader. When he left, I was elected to be the team leader. Actually when they want me to be the team leader, I was hesitated for the fear that whether I could be a qualified and influential team leader and whether I could control the situation and make wise decisions. I am tested by this challenge and opportunity. The first urgent thing need to be done is that I should make a fair and clear division of each member. Before given the ultimate assignment to make business plan, we have plenty of trifles done. Therefore, the division is that Mr. Zhao is in charge of making our company’s profile, such as the name, culture, description, mission, vision and purpose. Miss Gu and Miss Zhao take charge in word processing, like writing business letters to enter into business relation with other companies and replying the letters. I am responsible for making web page to advertise our company. I have no idea whether their part they taken charge is difficult or challenging. My part, however, is a huge challenge because I never learn or know the knowledge of making a web

Eventually I make a semi finished web page which gets praise from my team and I feel satisfied. In addition to do my own job, I share part of Miss Gu’ job that how to write a business letter. From my point of view, as a business learner, I should know how to write a business letter, such as how to inquiry, how to quote and how to counter quote. These are the basic skills and knowledgeI should master. Before we establish our company, we discuss that how to be an entrepreneur. Assuming that I have one billon and whether I could be a qualified entrepreneur. That is far more enough and I doubt it. If I were really be given one billion, I definitely do not know how to manage it and how to use it to make more value. That is illustrated that money may not create a wise and qualified entrepreneur. An entrepreneur must possess other intangible characters and qualities. If I were an entrepreneur, I would have the ability to identify opportunities and seize the opportunities. And I would have the courage to take risks and responsibility and I believe that only those who have the patience to do simple things perfectly ever acquire the skill to do difficult things easily. Then I will create a warm company culture to give the staff a sense of belonging which can make the personnel stability. Meanwhile, I should build a competitive atmosphere to stimulate everyone’s enthusiasm and potential and I want everyone to
realize that do not ask what your company can do for you, ask what you can do for your company. At length, the indispensable character which I need have is the ability of decision-making. When I re-identify myself, I feel a little embarrassing anddisappointed because there is a long way to reach the standard. In order to shorten the distance and make up for my weakness, I should broaden my knowledge horizon and enrich my communication experience and enhance the talent to management, such as reading more books, like the book the Law of success written by Napoleon Hill and the Greatest Salesman in the World written by Og Mandino
Next to be discussed is that how to make profits. That is the ultimate aim and that is also the reason why a company could exist. I draw a conclusion that there are three basic factors. The first is that there is always such a need, then attracting more customers and the third is that keeping expenses low. Concerning these three factors I make a plan for my company. This involves many links from how to design new products to how to occupy more market. During the discussion, I raise a new plan to explore the Japan market. Before I express my ideas, I thought that the plan could get supportimmediately and also inspire theirinterest. To my surprise, they are not having little interest, but trying to persuade me to give up that ideas or shift to another market. Meanwhile, they show me their ideas.
