普通高中毕业生、中职毕业生 四、学制与学历 三年制,专科 五、就业面向 (一)初始岗位群

从事数控车、铣/加工中心、电火花/线切割等工种的编程与操作岗位,与数控设备维修、维护及售后技术服务等岗位。

(二)发展岗位群

通过3~5年上述就业领域工作经历,可从事数控加工类及相关机械零件的工艺编制及大型高精度数控设备的编程与操作;数控产品的检验与监督;数控车间生产组织与生产调度、车间技术组织与管理;数控加工设备的安装、调试、维修等工作。

数控技术专业课程体系中共有四类课程。 第一类是实践导向的专业核心课程。

包括机械制造工艺、CAD/CAM(Pro/E软件)应用技术、数控削编程与加工、数控铣削编程与加工、数控电加工技术等。

CAD/CAM(Pro/E软件)应用技术、数控削编程与加工、数控铣削编程与加工等课程理论实践高度融合,构成了3门专业核心主干课程,每个学生完成一轮从简单轮廓体的普车、数控车、铣编程与加工到复杂零件综合车铣编程与加工、装配达到要求,是专业综合基础实训课程。

第二类是职业素养培养为主导的校外实习。

设置了一年级新生的“认识实习(第一学年结束两个月的企业顶岗实习)”、二年级的“生产实习(校内虚拟真实生产环境)”和三
