【摘要】Sansha is the city located at the southern tip of Chinese geographical latitude. Under the jurisdiction of the Paracel Islands, Spratly Islands, the Zhongsha Islands and its sea area. The creation of Sansha City opening a new chapter in the administration declared national sovereignty which attracts worldwide attention.This paper starts from the establishment of three shashi, analysed the new changes in China's sea power and points out several key issues in the development of Chinese sea power can not be ignored.%三沙市是中国地理纬度位置最南端的城市，下辖西沙群岛、南沙群岛、中沙群岛的岛礁及其海域。三沙市的设立，开启了以行政治理宣示国家主权的新篇章，备受世人关注。从三沙市的设立入手，分析了中国海权的新变化，指出了发展中国南海海权不容忽视的几个关键问题。 【总页数】2页(8-9) 【关键词】三沙市;南海;海权 【作者】付海梅
