摘 要
为了充分发挥市场的主导作用，我国在工程量清单计价模式的基础上，对需要或者应当招标采购的拟建项目作出了比较令人满意的规划。在相应的投标过程中，招标的工作人员需要编制投标工程量清单。投标人应根据工程量清单进行单独报价，然后进行统一工程计量的口径，灵活运用工程计价，既节省了投标时间，又在一定程度上规范了投标市场。因此，对投标报价进行控制是非常重要的。
本人严格地按照学校要求完成此工程毕业设计：本工程为锦州市第一高等职业学校教学楼进行改造，从结构形式上来看该教学楼有五层框架结构，其基础主要由柱下面的独立柱组成。本工程建筑结构安全防护等级为二级以上；整体的结构框架设计和使用期限为50年；建筑结构的耐火等级为二级；该建筑的主体部分的抗震能力设防烈度为六级；框架抗震等级为二级。工程总造价预估总费用为4576321.51元，单方造价预估为1482.93元/m2。
此设计是基于此工程项目在招标阶段应用广联达BIM软件和广联达GCCP5.0软件辅助完成的。设计期间，对建筑图和结构图进行熟悉并研究，然后通过对工程模型的建立，输入工程中各个构件的信息和工程量的信息，然后再搜集有关的规范与建设主管部门的规定，对所有清单项进行合理套取，最后再计价并分析，从而完成此次招标控制价的编制。

Abstract
In order to give full play to the leading role of the market, based on the bill of quantities pricing model, China has made a relatively satisfactory plan for the proposed construction projects that need or should be purchased through bidding. In the corresponding bidding process, the bidding staff shall prepare the bid quantity list. The bidder shall make a separate quotation according to the bill of
quantities, then unify the caliber of engineering measurement, and flexibly use the project valuation, which not only saves the bidding time, but also standardizes the bidding market to a certain extent. Therefore, it is very important to control the bidding quotation.
I strictly completed the project in accordance with the requirements of the school graduation project: the project for Jinzhou no. I vocational school teaching building renovation, from the structural form of the teaching building has five layers of frame structure, its foundation is mainly composed of the column below the independent column. The safety protection grade of the construction structure of this project is grade 2 or above; The overall structural frame design and service life is 50 years; The fire resistance rating of the building structure is grade ii; The seismic fortification intensity of the main part of the building is six. The seismic rating of the frame is two. The estimated total cost of the project is 4576321.51 yuan, and the estimated unilateral cost is 1482.93 yuan /㎡.
This design is based on the application of BIM software and GCCP5.0 software in the bidding phase of this project.
