烧伤早期湿润烧伤膏止痛效果的临床观察

【摘要】Objective To observe the pain-relieving effect of MEBO as applied in burns at an early stage. Meth-ods The burned and scalded wounds of II degree within six hours postinjury were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group was treated with MEBO externally while the control group was managed with the conventional surgical method. The times needed for pain elimination of the two groups were observed. Results The time needed for pain elimination of the observation group and the control group were 14. 07 ± 2. 07minutes and 29. 47 ± 6. 90minutes respectively (P<0. 05). Conclusion MEBO is effective in relieving pain of early-stage burn wounds.% 目的观察湿润烧伤膏对烧伤早期创面的止痛效果.方法将受伤后6 h以内的Ⅱ度烧烫伤创面随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用外涂湿润烧伤膏的方法治疗,对照组采用常规外科创面处理方法治疗,创面处理后观察疼痛消除时间.结果观察组与对照组创面疼痛消除时间分别为14.07 min ±2.07 min,29.47 min ±6.90 min (P<0.05).结论湿润烧伤膏对烧伤早期疼痛具有良好的止痛作用.
