地区AVC现状及智能AVC建设的若干思考

【摘要】Regional automatic voltage control(AVC) is the major voltage control means of regional power grids. The regional AVC current status, the used basic structure and the hardware & software environment are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that the computer and information network is the basic framework of AVC. Some current problems of regional AVC are listed and the solutions are discussed. According to the goal of the smart grid building, combined with the demands of regional AVC, several thoughts are proposed, such as the autonomous decentralized control, adaptive control and identification, data flow problem, intelligent search and intelligent alarm. It is considered that the core of smart AVC construction is around automation, information and interactive to enhance the safe and economic operation level of regional AVC.%地区自动电压控制(AVC)是地区电网的主要电压控制手段.分析地区AVC的现状、所采用的基本结构和软硬件环境,指出计算机加信息网络是AVC的基本构架,列举目前地区AVC存在的一些问题,并探讨解决办法;根据智能电网建设目标,结合地区AVC需求,提出若干思考,如自律分散控制、自适应控制与辩识、数据流问题、智能检索与智能告警;认为智能AVC的核心是围绕自动化、信息化和互动化提升地区AVC的安全、经济
