根据钻孔揭露，在勘察深度范围内本场地地层可分为四大层，按岩土单元从上到下为1素填土，2粉质粘土3卵石4中风化岩。本场地基础开挖到中风化岩层。
3.3现场勘探情况
由于本工程基坑位于剑河右侧，地下水丰富，地下水在基坑开挖时会大量涌入基坑。为使坑内作业面无水，确保基坑侧壁土体稳定。可沿基坑外围设置截水帷幕，在基坑底设置一定数量的排水沟，集水井和降水井，采用明沟导流方式对地下水进行疏排。
四、施工部署
4.1 施工方法的选择
根据施工特点，本工程为独立基础，土石方开挖按现场地质条件，石方采用人工风镐开挖，水钻钻孔，人工切石开挖，土方采用人工开挖。开挖基坑时，基坑内有大量地下水涌入，采用水泵及时抽水。 4.2 主要分项工程 4.2.1

6）、土石方回填及外运
房心回填土采用人工回填机械分层夯实，每层厚度不大于300，夯填密实。在填土与墙、柱相接处可采用塞缝进行技术处理。在打夯前应将填土粗平，打夯时按一定方向进行，一夯压半夯，夯夯相接，行行相连，纵横交差，分层打夯。
回填重点：剪力墙基槽及露桩部位回填必须是内外两侧同步对称分层夯填，避免剪力墙或露桩砼扰动或折断。
因桩孔、条基、基坑纵横，空间狭小，挖出土石方在房心内无位置堆集，所有土石方转运甲方指定地点
5）、基础施工降排水
本工程位于河道边上，地下水丰富，开挖时用100，50水泵相互配合抽水。
4.2.2基础钢筋制作、绑扎
基础挖孔桩钢筋笼，采用现场加工，绑扎成型后，由塔机吊入孔内就位。
地梁、剪力墙钢筋采用架立在地槽上绑扎成型后就位。 独立柱基钢筋采取在砼底板上直接就位绑扎。 4.2.3 基础工程模板
桩基护壁模板独立柱基、地梁模板安装采用240㎜厚MU10页岩砖M7.5水泥砂浆砌筑；超深独立柱基，超深部位采用C20砼原槽浇灌，超深部位以上采用木模；剪力墙条基采用木模
