人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防性护理

【摘要】目的 探讨人工髋关节置换术(THA)后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防护理.方法 78例行THA的患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各39例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施早期预防性护理干预措施.观察2组术后DVT发生情况,比较2组患者对护理质量的评分.结果 研究组术后DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者对并发症知识讲解、心理护理、肢体功能锻炼及护患交流的质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 对THA手术患者实施早期预防性护理干预能有效降低DVT发生率,提高护理质量.%Objective To investigate the preventive nursing intervention on lower limb deep venous
