摘 要
手压阀是吸进或排出液体的一种手动阀门,当握住手柄向下压紧阀杆时,弹簧因受力压缩而使阀杆向下移动,此时液体入口与出口相连,手柄向下抬起时由于弹簧弹力作用阀杆向上压紧阀体使液体入口与出口不通。
本课题通过使用软件UG对手压阀进行造型设计,并且用AutoCAD绘制出所有的的零件图和装配图,分析手压阀的工作原理。
本课题锻炼了绘图能力和实际加工的应用能力,从应用软件到每一个工件的加工过程都做了分析,对手压阀的工作原理、机械原理、适用围等做了介绍,并且对加工过程中所用到的机床、夹具也有了更深一步的介绍。
