尿崩症80例治疗体会

【摘要】Objective To discuss the drug treatment of diabetes insipidus. Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with diabetes insipidus from March 2013 to October2014 and analysed. Results In 80 cases of diabetes insipidus after treatment, water intake and urine output decreased significantly、weight gain、dehydration fever had been corrected, SG、UOsm and biochemical were near or return to normal. Conclusion Patients with secondary diabetes insipidus ought to deal with the primary disease at the same time. Patients with mild diabetes insipidus can without drugs, just drinking water and symptomatic treatment would be enough, patients with moderate or severe diabetes insipidus ought to receive aggressive treatment.%目的：探讨尿崩症的药物治疗。方法选取临床2013年3月～2014年10月收治的80例尿崩症患者的临床治疗资料进行分析。结果80例尿崩症经治疗有效，患者饮水量、尿量明显减少，食欲改善，体重增加，脱水热纠正，尿比重、尿渗透压及血生化接近或恢复正常。结论继发性尿崩者应同时处理原发病。轻症尿崩可不予药物，仅通过饮水及其他对症处理即可，中度以上尿崩症须积极治疗。 【总页数】2页(110-110,111)
