替吉奥联合奥沙利铂及多西紫杉醇治疗晚期胃癌的临床观

【摘要】Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of S - 1 combined with oxaliplatin and docetaxel in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods: All 24 cases with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed and treated in the Dezhou Peoples Hospital between October 2009 and January 2011 were enrolled in this randomized controlled trial. The trial group( Meases) :S - 1 capsule 80 mg/( m2·d) ,twice daily ,d1-14;oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 .intravenous drip ,d1;docetaxel 75 mg/m2,intravenous drip,d1. The control group(10 cases) ;5 - FU 2400 mg/m2 .intravenous drip,d1-5 ;oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 .intravenous drip.d1 ;docetaxel 75 mg/m2 .intravenous drip,d1. One treatment cycle covered 3 weeks. The effects and toxicities were evaluated after 2 circles. Results; The effective rates of trial group and control group were 50% and 30% , respectively ( P > 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse effects such as bone marrow suppression and oral mucositis in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) .while there was no significant difference regarding the gastrointestinal toxicity,hair loss,and liver damage ( P > 0.
