食管癌术后肠内营养的护理体会

【摘要】目的：探讨食管癌术后肠内营养的护理体会。方法针对我科收治的食管癌术后患者40例进行研究讨论，随机将其平均分为两组，一组患者实施常规的护理措施未进行术后早期肠内营养的为对照组，另一组患者实施术后早期的肠内营养液的为观察组。比较两组的患者的治疗后7天内的血清白蛋白值、血红蛋白以及氮平衡的值。结果两组患者经过治疗和护理后，观察组患者的血清白蛋白值、血红蛋白以及氮平衡值均明显高于对照组，经比较差异显著（P＜0．05），具有统计学意义。结论对于食管癌术后早期实施肠内营养治疗及有效的护理措施能够有效的增强机体的营养需求，为患者疾病康复创造条件，减少并发症的发生，提高临床治疗效果。%Objective To explore the experience
