舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症对照观察

【摘要】目的：探讨舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将87例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，均予以舍曲林治疗，研究组在此基础上联合丁螺环酮治疗，观察8周。治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；两组副反应量表评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论舍曲林联合丁螺环酮治疗抑郁症疗效显著，安全性高，优于单用舍曲林治疗。%Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of sertraline plus buspi‐rone in the treatment of depression .Methods Eighty‐seven depression patients were randomly divided into two groups treated with sertraline ,on this basis re‐search group was coupled with buspirone for 8 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depres‐sion Scale (HAMD) before and after treatment and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symp‐tom Scale (TESS) .Results After treatment the HAMD scores of both groups lowered compared with pretreatment (P< 0 .01) ,so did that in research than in control group (P< 0 .01) ;there was no significant group difference in the TESS score (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion Sertraline plus buspirone has an evident effect and higher safety
