PDTC对Tca8113细胞增殖及凋亡的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨PDTC对人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞的增殖及凋亡的影响。方法：以不同浓度的PDTC为试验组，以空白对照组为细胞正常培养组，培养到规定时间，用 MTT 法、Annexin V-FITC/PI 流式细胞术分别检测 PDTC 对Tca8113细胞增殖的抑制作用、细胞凋亡率。结果：随着PDTC作用浓度的增高、作用时间的延长，抑制细胞增殖的作用增强，有时间和浓度依赖性(P＜0.05)；不同浓度的PDTC作用于Tca8113细胞48 h后，细胞凋亡率明显增加，各组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：PDTC能抑制Tca8113细胞的增殖，诱导细胞凋亡。%Objective:To explore the effects of PDTC on proliferation and apoptosis of Tca8113 cells in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:Different concentrations of PDTC were the experimental groups,and the blank control group was the normal cell culture
