【摘要】按国家深化医药卫生体制改革时间安排表，要求两年内完成县级公立医院综合改革，其综合改革内容很多，但关键环节是取消药品加成减少合理收入的补偿机制的配套改革。取消药品加成后有多大缺口？有谁补偿？补偿多少？通过算账方式来破解县级公立医院补偿机制改革的难题，有强烈的说明力。?cording to the schedule to deepen the national health reform, the county hospital should complete the public hospital reform within two years. There are lots of changes required for hospital reform, but the most crucial one is the reform of compensation mechanism, which can reduce part of reasonable income by cancelling the hospital drug addition. How much is lost after cancelling the hospital drug addition? Who should be responsible for the compensation? How much is compensated for such loss? It will be strongly justified that casting accounts can resolve the puzzle of public hospital compensation mechanism in a county hospital. 【总页数】3页(43-45)
