【摘要】Objective To explore the awareness of key messages on tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge among residents,and provide the scientific evidence for developing the targeted,feasible and effective health promotion and health education. Methods With unified questionnaire,13 cities were enrolled as survey sites and stratified cluster random sampling method was used to determine the urban and rural survey sites,and then simple random sampling method was used to determine the respondents.Epi Data 3.1 was used for database establishment.SPSS 19.0 was used for descriptive analysis and χ2 test analysis,P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant different. Results The total awareness rate of key messages on tuberculosis prevention and treatment was 75.4% (7792/10 340),only 36.5% (754/10 340)of respond-ents knew the whole 5 messages. In investigated cities,the respondents in Jinzhou City (91.3%) had the highest total awareness rate.And the respondents in Shiyan City (79.0%) had the highest total awareness rate in rural survey sites.The rate of males was slightly higher than females,but there was no statistically significant difference (χ2 =3.594,P>0.05).
