前言
根据市深建节能〔2010〕41号文的要求，规编制组进行广泛的调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国外先进标准，并在广泛征求意见的基础上制定本规。
本规共分11章，其主要容是：1.总则；2.术语；3.基本规定；4.生产技术要求；5.再生骨料混凝土小型空心砌块；6.再生骨料混凝土实心砖；7.再生骨料混凝土多砖；8.再生骨料混凝土路缘；9.再生骨料混凝土路面砖；10.再生骨料混凝土透水砖；11.再生骨料混凝土植草砖；12.再生骨料混凝土制品的应用。
本规由市住房和建设局负责管理，由中国建筑科学研究院负责具体解释。为提高规质量，请各单位在规执行过程中，注意总结经验，积累资料，并将意见和建议寄至：北京北三环东路30号，中国建筑科学研究院建筑工程质量监督检验中心，邮编100013。
