溃疡性结肠炎患者血清瘦素和脂联素的变化研究

【摘要】目的 观察溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清瘦素和脂联素的变化.方法 实验分为UC组和健康对照组,测定两组患者的血清瘦素和脂联素并进行比较.结果 UC组患者血清瘦素(10.95±1.10) ng/ml明显高于对照组(10.41±1.05) ng/ml,而血清脂联素(7.21±0.80) μg/ml明显低于对照组(7.80±1.24) μg/ml,差异有统计学意义.结论 UC患者血清瘦素水平增高、脂联素水平降低,二者在炎症反应过程中具有一定意义.%Objective To study the expression of serum leptin and adiponectin in patients with ulcerative colitis ( UC ) . Methods Expression levels of leptin and adiponectin were measured in 38 healthy controls and 56 UC patients. Results The expression level of serum leptin was statistically higher in UC patients (10. 95 ±1. 10) ng/ml than that in normal controls (10.41 ± 1. 05 ) ng/ml ( P < 0. 05 ) . The expression level of serum adiponectin was statistically lower in UC patients (7.21 ±0.80) μg/ml than that in normal controls (7.80 ±1.24) μg/ml (P<0.05). Conclusion In UC patients, the level of leptin is increased and the level of adiponectin is decreased. Leptin and adiponectin play certain roles in the inflammatory response. 【总页数】2页(510-511)
