【摘要】Objective Improve the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine education and search for the adaptability of the problem-based learning(PBL)to the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine.Method Apply a new teaching method which is combined by the traditional teaching method and PBL to a experimental class,and the traditional teaching method apply to the control class.Compare to these quality of teaching.Results The record of the experimental class is better than control class significantly in the aspect of syndrome differentiation and treatment administration;the later performance record is more than the preceding in the experimental class;the investigation to the students in the experimental class displays that in the respect of improving the capability of learning by oneself,the clinical thinking and applying to knowledge,PBL is superior to the traditional teaching method.Conclusions The new teaching method which is combined by the traditional teaching method and PBL is adapt to the teaching of TCM international medicine,the effect of which is more and more significant as the PBL is applied.%目的
