Unit Five Meeting your ancestors
课程标准中的内容标准：
本单元的话题是围绕“考古”、“人类历史和史前生活”展开的，首先通过对文物的讨论和猜想，然后到周口店北京猿人遗址参观，再带领学生了解史前男女不同的分工，一步步引导学生了解和探索史前人类的生活。 教学细目：
1、（情感目标）通过学生与考古学家的对话，了解早期人类的生活方式，增长考古学知识，
让学生体验人类文明发展的进程，激发学生对考古学的兴趣和研究古代史的欲望。
2、（交际）通过听说学习有关表达“建议”，“假定”及人或事物的“特征”。
3、（词汇）通过阅读和设计多样化的练习形式，培养学生在语境中理解，运用和掌握本单元
的教学目的和要求中的词汇。
4、（写作）本单元的应用文写作要求学生为三星堆的导游手册写四件文物简介，说明其外形，
颜色，形状，用途等。
5、（语法）通过阅读并找出课文中带有现在完成进行时态的句子，再通过句型转换及补全对
话等练习，是学生正确理解和使用现在完成进行时态。
