耳部真菌感染患者135例临床特征研究

【摘要】目的：探讨耳部真菌病的临床特征及其诊断治疗。方法：收治耳部真菌病患者135例，回顾性分析其临床表现及治疗随访资料。结果：随访1年后，总治疗有效率75.5%。且在复发及无效患者中，不良挖耳、没有坚持用药、合并有慢性中耳炎发生率均高于治疗有效的患者(P＜0.05)。结论：对耳部真菌病患者采取局部药物治疗可以得到较为满意的疗效，坚持遵医嘱用药及纠正不良习惯可有效防止耳部真菌病的复发。%Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of fungal diseases of the ear.Methods:135 patients with ear mycosis were selected.We analyzed the clinical manifestations and the treatment followed-up datas retrospectively.Results:After 1 year of follow-up,the total effective rate was 75.5%.And in the recurrent and invalid patients,the incidence rate of adverse macrocephalum,did not adhere,with chronic otitis media was higher
than
those
of
the
effective
treatment
