毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 本课题主要是针对打印机卡扣，利用UG软件及其注塑模设计专家系统设计一套注塑模具。本课题介绍了模具国内外发展现状，而且从打印机卡扣模具情况出发，进行塑件成型工艺分析，模具的成型零部件、浇注系统、温度调节系统、合模导向结构、脱模结构等设计，并进行了模架的选择、注塑机的选择、模具开模仿真。使用UG软件进行模具设计可大大缩短设计和制造周期，提高产品设计准确性，降低设计成本。 关键词：UG软件 注射模设计 浇注系统 2 / 31

TitleDell printer buckle injection mold design Abstract This topic is mainly aimed at the printer card buckle, using UG software and its injection mold design expert system design a set of injection mold. This topic introduces the die development present situation at home and abroad, and starting from the printer card buckle mold situation, analysis of plastic parts molding process, mold molding parts, pouring system, temperature regulating system, the structure of the mould clamping guide, demoulding structure design, and the selection of the die set, the choice of injection molding machine, mold opening to imitate the true. Using UG software for mold design can greatly shorten the design and manufacturing cycle, improve product design accuracy and reduce the design cost.
