When the weight of gas in container is reduced by 5% and the pressure of the release mechanism is reduced by 10%, the said container and mechanism shall be replaced with new one and set to normal operation condition.
6. 建议在防护区外配置空气呼吸器或氧气呼吸器.
Air inhaler or oxygen masks are recommended to be provided at outside of protected area.
七. 验收 Inspection for acceptance.
1. 本灭火系统按设计图安装完毕后,经检验合格,可提交验收.
When installation is completed as designed and inspected as qualified, the work could be accepted.
2. 验收试验合格后,经消防主管部门以及使用单位认可,即交付投入使用. After qualified test and approved by fire authority, operation could be effected.
八. 七氟丙烷自动灭火系统动作程序如附图
FM200 operation sequence shall be as attached drawing.
九，设备选型:报警主机选用联动型气体灭火控制器;探测器选用智能光电型、智能差定温型.
Equipment selection: alarm main panel shall be interconnected with gas extinguisher control panel, detector shall be intelligent type which can distinguish temperature of detection.
十，设备及探测器布置:报警控制器设于室外墙壁上距地1.5米高;电源由甲方提供专用消防电源接口220v ac,防护区内设两路烟感探测器并使每路探测器均能单独覆盖整个保护区.保护区门头上内设警铃.外设置声光警报器;保护区门头上外设喷洒指示灯及门边设紧急启停按钮. Location of equipment and detector: alarm control panel shall be installed on wall at outside of the protected area above floor level 1.5m; 220v ac power supply shall be provided by employer. 2 detection circuits shall be provided inside
protected area, each detector circuit shall be able to cover the whole of the protected area. Alarm bell shall be provided above door head of the protected area. Outside door, sound and visual alarm shall be installed.

气体灭火系统启动前,联动切除非消防电源切除、空调电源.
Before gas releases, interconnection shall disconnect all power supply including air conditioning, except for fire fighting equipment.
十一，设备安装高度:紧急启停按钮距地1.5m;报警控制器、电源箱底边距地 1.5m;声光警报器、喷洒指示灯的安装位置根据现场情况在定. Equipment mounting height: emergency stop button at 1.5m above floor, electrical panel bottom at 1.5m above floor; sound/light alarm, emission indicator light location to be decided on site.
十二，报警系统的接地端子应采用专用接地线直接与楼房接地装置相连接.Earth connection of the alarm system shall be terminated directly to the earth terminal of the building.
十三，报警系统的供电应用专线,采用单相三线制,6平方毫米铜芯线引自楼房消防电源,控制室内设配电箱,用4平方毫米铜芯线接入报警设备电源接线端子,不得经过插座.Exclusively used power supply
wiring for the alarm system shall be single phase 3 wire, 6mm2 copper, derived from fire service power supply system, socket connection is not allowed.
连接线路电线须为耐火型电缆或是安装在钢管/铁槽内护套线.Wiring shall be fire retarding type and drawn in steel conduit or steel trunking.十四.INTEGRITY TEST 完全测试
侍服器机房需按设计要求建造.四面墙璧，地板，天花板，门及门框全部用两小时耐火材料建造.所用材料，门及门框构造需有相关检证.建造完成，须有严紧测试.在机房外排烟风管，予留界面，用临时风机风管加压24小时，同时在VESDA探测管安装3通阀连接临时压力表，如压降轻微，方可接受.测试完成后，接口需用两小时耐火材料封闭，包括饰面.Server room/UPS room shall be constructed with 2 hours fire rated material for all walls, floor, ceiling, door and frame with certificate of compliance. Upon completion, INTEGRITY test shall be performed with gas generator connected to the room through a connector from outside.

Pressure gauge shall be installed and connected to the probe tube of the VESDA unit, slight leakage is acceptable as compliance. The gas connector shall be sealed off with 2 hours fire rated material after test.
十五，其他机电设备测试，按《德意志银行》规定要求完成.（见iPVT测试表）. Other M&E tests shall be performed as per Deutsche Bank’s requirement.
FM200 INTERLINK WITH FIRE DAMPER CONTROL. FM200喷气灭火系统与防火发连动控制
FM200 - 2 STAGE ALARM CONNECTING TO FMS FM200喷气灭火系统2级报警与FMS环控系统连接
FM200系统收到感烟，温，或手动报警时，自动喷气灭火.程序如下,FM200 system operation sequence upon receipt of alarm：-1.感烟时，发出高分贝铃声，闪光警报.
With detection of smoke, generate high db level bell and flashing light.
2.感温时或手动时，发出高分贝尖声，闪光警报，喷出FM200气及启动FMS环控系统，自动拨出指定电话号用短信及语音报告走火.
With detection of high temperature or by manual operation, generate high db level bell and flashing light and emit FM200 gas, start up FMS control system, dial out
automatically to designated telephone number and send out voice and written message about the fire incident.
