直播密度对富锌水稻生理生化特性的影响

摘 要
本文以富锌水稻植株作为材料,研究了不同直播密度对植株的茎、叶、籽粒三部分内在生理生化特性的影响。包含有:超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及叶绿素含量等。结果发现,SOD和CAT活性,在播种量10~11斤/亩间活性最大;PPO活性,在12斤/亩下活性最大;PAL活性,叶中与籽粒中活性大小刚好相反;叶绿素含量在10斤/亩下最高。实验发现,直播密度对茎中各种酶的酶活影响不大。试验还发现,叶中各种酶的活性最高,茎次之,籽粒中最低。本试验结果表明,从总体考虑来看,富锌水稻以播种量10~11斤/亩间播种为宜,此时富锌水稻植株中各种酶的活性及叶绿素含量都较大,能够更好的适应环境培养出价值更大的水稻。本文为富锌水稻选择最佳适宜直播密度提供一定的理论依据,具有一定的现实意义。

ABSTRACT
Zinc-rich rice plants were used as materials to investigate the influence on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of stem and leaf, grain under the different planting density, including superoxide dismutase (SOD), phenylalanine solution ammonia enzyme (PAL), polyphenol oxidase (PPO), catalase (CAT) activities and chlorophyll content, etc. The results showed that the activity of SOD and CAT are the largest in between 10 and 11 pounds / acre of the seeding rate of live density.Then PAL activity in leaves and grain in the opposite,and,the chlorophyll content is the largest in the leaf on 10 pounds / acre of the seeding rate of live densities. It was found that live density on every enzyme activity in stem has little effect.The text also found the regular of each enzyme activity in the planting :stem>leaf>grain.The experiment results indicate:it is appropriate to sow zinc-rich rice in between 10 and 11 pounds / acre of the seeding rate of planting densities from overall consideration. At that time, the enzyme activity and chlorophyll content are bigger of zinc rice plants. Moreover, it can better adapt to the environment ,so that value greater blessing zinc rice was developed. And it provides certain theoretical basis for zinc rice to choose the best suitable live density, being the realistic significance.
