探讨产前超声在胎儿心血管畸形诊断治疗中的临床价值

【摘要】目的：探讨分析产前超声诊断胎儿心血管畸形的临床价值。方法对2011年7月至2013年7月进行产前系统性超声检查的4500例孕妇的超声检查结果和影像图特征进行回顾性分析，并对经产前超声诊断胎儿心血管畸形的孕妇产后超声检查或经引产后尸检进行随访，将其与产前诊断结果进行对比。结果4500例孕妇中共检查胎儿心血管畸形的有33例，检出率为7.3‰，随访后证实21例为胎儿心血管畸形，检查的准确率为63.6%。结论产前超声诊断胎儿心血管畸形具有较高的准确率，是临床上预防胎儿畸形的重要方法，能够有效降低新生儿死亡率，值得临床推广使用。%Objective to investigate the clinical effect on treatment of herpes zoster by plum blossom needle combined with cupping therapy and ganciclovir ophthalmic gel. Methods from april 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, 94 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each of 47 cases. the control group patients received ganciclovir ophthalmic gel treatment, on the basis of which, the observation group patients received plum blossom needle combined with cupping therapy. the clinical effect of two groups were compared.
