【摘要】Obstetrics and gynecology is a key subject in clinical medicine,which theory and Practice are extraordinarily strong. Specialized characteristic and Special populations limit the development of clinical observation and Practice, Reduced the ef ectiveness of the teaching, Three kinds of new teaching model of P B L, PLTL and network teaching show respectively some advantages on ,But there are also shortcomings.So we think that the single traditional teaching mode is unable to stimulate interest in learning, In teaching practice,we should actively explore the integration of PBL, PLTL and network teaching mode,which is an ef ective way to improve the teaching ef ect and to realize the teaching benefits teachers as wel as students,and which is also worth trying actively in teaching practice in obstetrics and Gynecology task.%妇产科学是临床医学中的一门重点学科，学科教学过程中既有理论又有实践，专业的自身特点及服务人群的特殊性限制了临床观摩和见习的开展，使教学成效大打折扣，PBL、PLTL及网络化教学三种新型教学模式在培养学生自主学习能力、创新性思维方式、综合思考问题能力和解决实际问题能力等方面各自显现出一定的优势，但也存在各自的缺点，笔者认为单一的教学模式无法完全激发学生的学习兴趣，在教学实践中积极探索将PBL、PLTL
