探讨16排螺旋CT肺动脉造影在肺栓塞诊断中的应用价值

【摘要】Objective To analyze the value of 16 - slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. Methods 156 patients with suspected pulmonary embolism admitted in our hospital during the past three years were analyzed by 16 - slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography and plain CT scan. the results of pulmonary angiography were used as gold standard to analyze the sensitivity and specificity of the two methods. Results 115 cases were positive for pathological diagnosis and 41 cases were negative. The sensitivity of 16 row spiral CT pulmonary angiography was 97.46％, the specific rate was 93.18％, and the difference between the results and the pathological diagnosis was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, 16 - slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography can achieve better diagnostic effect, and has higher clinical practical value%目的:分析16排螺旋CT肺动脉造影在肺栓塞诊断中的应用价值.方法:收集我院在3年间收治的156例疑似肺栓塞患者,对其实施16排螺旋CT肺动脉造影检查,观察这种方法诊断的敏感性和特异性.结果:病理确诊阳性为115例,阴性41例.16排螺旋CT肺动脉造影的敏感率为97.46％,特异率93.18％,其结果和病理
