【摘要】Objective :To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on carotid artery thrombosis induced by FeCl3 in rats and its effect on the elasticity of the thrombus .Methods :SD rats were randomly divided into sham operated group , model group ,positive drup group ,Xuefu Zhuyu high dose group ,middle group ,low group .20% ferric chloride solution made of rat carotid artery .The rat model of partial thrombosis was observed ,and the thrombosis and B2 (TXB2 ) of the rat were observed by

stasis
capsule
,Platelet
leukocyte
aggregates
PLA ,CD62P ,platelet P‐selective protein (GMP‐140) ,blood clot (TEG) the impact .Results:The weight of Xuefu Zhuyu middle and low group were signifi‐cantly decreased(P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) ,expression of PLA and CD were inhibited(P<0 .05 ,P<0 .05) ,TXB2 ,GMP‐140 were decreased (P<0 .01) .Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu capsules has the function of anti thrombosis .%目的：研究血府逐瘀胶囊对大鼠急性血栓抑制作用及机制。方法：将实验动物按体重随机分为假手术对照组、模型对照组、阳性药对照组及血府逐瘀高、中、低剂量组。预防给药7d后，用20％三氯化铁溶液外敷大鼠颈总动脉造成大鼠局部血栓模型，观察血府逐瘀胶囊对大鼠血栓形成及血栓烷
