碳交易机制下班轮船期调度和货流分配优化

【摘要】To solve the schedule coordination and cargo allocation problem under carbon emission trading mechanism ,considering the carbon emission on the ship sailing ,a schedule coordination and cargo allocation model with consideration of cargo demurrage cost under carbon emission trading mechanism is proposed .It is show n that the proposed model is better to reduce the carbon emissions over the traditional model only considering economic profit .The impacts of carbon emission trading mechanism ,carbon limit and carbon trading price on schedule coordination and cargo allocation deci‐sions ,profit and carbon emissions are analyzed .It is found that the schedule coordination and cargo allocation decision under carbon emission trading mechanism may make the liner shipping companies to simultaneously achieve reduction in carbon emissions and increase in profits under certain carbon trading price and carbon emissions limit .%针对碳排放交易机制下的船期调度和货流分配问题,考虑船舶在航行时的碳排放,建立碳排放交易机制下考虑集装箱货物滞留时间成本的船期调度和货流分配模型。将该模型与传统以经济利润最大为目标的船期调度和货流分配模型进行比较,得出碳排放交易机制下的船期调度和货流分配策略能够有效减少碳排
