【摘要】Objectives In order to find the prophylactico-therapeutic measure,a study was made of the association of insulin resistance with the
dangerous
factors
such
as
type
2
diabetes
mellitus,hypertension,hyperlipemia,obesity,hyperlithemia,hyperfibrinogenemia etal which led to atherosclerosis.Methods The patients were divided into a group of insulin resistance and a group of non insulin resistance.And these dangerous factors of the two groups which led to atherosclerosis stated above were compared in turn.Results Significant differences of the body massindex,trighyceride and uriacide were found between
two
groups(P
＜
0.05).The
morbidity
rates
of
hypertension,hyperlipemia,IGT,obesity in insulin resistance group were significantly higher than that in non insulin resistance group(P＜0.01).Conclusions Dangerous factors which led to atherosclerosis are based on insulin resistance.It will be helpful to the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis by lowering insulin resistsnce and improving insulin sensitivity.%目的探讨胰岛素抵抗与2型糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、肥胖症、高尿酸血症、高纤维蛋白原血症等致动脉粥样硬化危险因素的关系，以求防治对策。方法将病人分为胰岛素抵抗组与非胰岛素抵抗组，
