【摘要】目的探讨应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法自2010年1月-2011年9月对36例股骨粗隆问粉碎性骨折患者采用PFN内固定，对髋关节功能进行统计分析.结果根据Harris髋关节功能评分，优25例，良10例，差1例，手术治疗优良率为97.2%.结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉微创治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折可以取得良好的疗效.%Objective To explore the effect application of minimally invasive treatment of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation on comminuted fracture fractures patients. Methods From January 2010 to August 2011, 36 patients with femoral comminuted fracture were treated with PFN. The hip joint function were statistically analyzed. Results According to Harris hip score, we found excellent in 25 eases, good in 10 cases and poor in 1 cases, with the excellent rate of 97.2%. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of proximal femoral nail can obtain good effect for the comminuted fractures patients. 【总页数】2页(91-92) 【关键词】
