【摘要】In order to obtain the change of the flexibility of the pipe structure caused by the crack,a vibration measurement method of local flexibility of crack is proposed.The dynamic model of a crack pipe was built based on studying the relationship between the local flexibility of the pipe crack in different locations and the natural frequency of crack pipe,and the natural frequency influence surfaces of the crack pipe are drawn.The first two-order natural frequencies measured were taken as input to cut the natural frequencies influence surfaces,and the natural frequencies influence curves were obtained.The intersection point of these curves indicates the local flexibility and location of the crack.The method can be used to measure the local flexibility of the pipe crack with different types and shapes.%为了获得裂纹引起的管道结构柔度变化,提出了一种裂纹局部柔度的振动测量方法.通过研究不同位置裂纹的局部柔度与管道同有频率的特征关系,建立了裂纹管道动力学模型,绘制了固有频率影响曲面.将实测的结构前两阶固有频率作为输入参数,截取固有频率影响曲面,绘制裂纹局部柔度对应于裂纹位置的频率影响曲线,其交点指示了裂纹局部柔度以及裂纹发生的位置.方法可用于管道中不同类型和形状裂纹的局部柔度测量. 【总页数】5页(236-239,426)
