观察上消化道出血患者开展内科护理干预的效果

【摘要】目的：观察分析上消化道出血患者开展内科护理干预的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年5月～2014年11月收治的64例上消化道出血患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各32例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予内科护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果经护理后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组，（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论对上消化道出血患者应用内科护理干预可有效提高护理满意度.%Objective To observe analysis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients in internal medicine nursing intervention of clinical curative effect.Methods Selection methods from May 2012 to November 2014 treated 64 cases of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases each. Control group given conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group given on the basis of internal medicine nursing intervention, compare the nursing efect of two groups of patients.Results After nursing, the observation group of patients with total efective treatment and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group, (P<0.05) diference is statisticaly significant.Conclusion Application of medical
