【摘要】Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention for patients with indwelling catheter after operation, infection, and hope to bring good nursing experience for patients with indweling catheter after surgery, reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection and complications.Methods According to the January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital urology surgery treatment of indweling catheter after 120 patients to research and analysis, wil these patients were grouped into control group and study group. The routine nursing measures were adopted in the control group, the patients in the study group take routine nursing and catheterization nursing, indweling catheter nursing, extubation nursing, nursing care of the complications and so on nursing measures, the study group and control group, two groups of patients with urinary tract infection occurrence probability and the collapse probability, mucosal damage probability, hospitalization time, urine leakage probability and so on target.Results Patients in the study group after treatment, urinary tract infection, colapse, damaged mucosa, retention of urine, leakage of urine index compared with the control
