摘 要

在机务段内经过大修或架修的内燃机都要经过水阻试验验证合格后方可

上路。内燃机车水阻试验台用于电传动内燃机车出厂或经过厂修,段修后的负载试验。水阻试验台以水电阻作为负载,模拟机车的各种工况,检查组装后的机车是否满足设计要求,检验柴油机的各项热工参数和机械摩擦副的磨合情况,并对机车牵引发电机外特性及有关参数进行调整,以确保机车的组装良好,运行安全可靠,使机车达到最佳运用状态。

本文在实地调研和资料分析的基础上,对所研制的武汉铁路局武昌南机务段进行详细的分析和讨论,基于电气机车的动力检验要求而提出的试验台结构设计,以满足铁路机务段的生产需求。

本课题针对铁道机车的动力要求,拟定实验台的实现方式,总体布局。机械部分包括动极板装置,静极板装置,升降装置,用以改变水电阻和传递机车电流。 水阻装置结构简单,调节电阻值方便,易于散热,可消耗较大功率的电能,因此,水阻试验台普遍应用于中国的内燃机车负载试验中。本结构实时性好,操作简单,提高了水阻实验的自动化程度,降低了工人的劳动强度,具有较高的实用和推广价值。

Abstract

In locomotive depot, the repaired diesel locomotives can be used only after taking water resistance experiment. The Water resistance test of diesel locomotives is used to process load test after it has been manufactured, overhauled or repaired. The water resistance test is to simulate various working condition of the locomotive with resistance as load and to check the assembled locomotive for meeting the design requirement according to the results, and to check the parameter of the diesel and the running-in condition of the mechanical wear resistance, and to adjustment relevant parameters of the locomotive and to make sure correct assembly, reliable movement as well as operating safety.

On basis of verification and data analysis to the style water resistance test platform in Wunan locomotive depot, some deep analysis and discussion to the project. The structural design of the test bed based on the dynamic test requirement the electric locomotive to meet the production needs of the railway depot.

The subject for railway locomotive power requirement, the development of experimental units to achieve the overall layout. The mechanical parts of the fixed plate device, the static plate devices lifting, intended to change the current of water resistance and transmission locomotive.

Water resistance device of simple structure, convenient to adjust the resistance value, easy to heat, consume high power electrical energy, resistance test-bed generally used in diesel locomotive load test. This system has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, good real-time property, and simple operation. This system has better application and promoted value.
