【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nedaplatin Combined with docetaxel in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 78 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer patients as the object of study were randomly divided into treatment group(docetaxel plus nedaplatin chemotherapy)and control group (docetaxel plus cisplatin chemotherapy).To compare the two groups in the past,long-term efficacy and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant( ﹥0.05).1 groups two years,3 years survival rate,the average survival time,no survival time,the difference was not statistically significant( ﹥0.05).The difference was statistically significant( <0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion Docetaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer is effective,can reduce the adverse reaction.%目的：探讨多西他赛与奈达铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择78例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组(多西他赛+奈达铂化疗)和对照组(多西他赛+顺铂化疗)。比较两组近、远期疗效及不良反应。结果两组总有效率，差异不具有统计学意义(>0.05)。两
