胸椎结核外科治疗手术方式及相关性的分析

【摘要】Objective :Analysis of surgical operation mode of thoracic tuberculosis and correlation .Methods :From 2002 August to 2013 February of our hospital clinical data of 120 cases of operation for treatment of spinal tuberculosis cases were reviewed surgical operation and correlation factors on the prognosis .Results:Surgical treatment of operation mode for patients with spinal tuberculosis and related factors of postoperative recurrence and survival time of patients , effects ,according to the principle of individual selection and optimization of operation and the best solution ,all patients symptoms disappeared after surgery ,wound healing .With 2~3 .5 years (mean 2 .4 years) .Conclusion:Surgical treat-ment of operation mode and the correlation of the surgical treatment of spinal tuberculosis can improve the prognosis , must follow the local and system balance principle ,for different individuals adopt corresponding treatment ,has signifi-cantly increased its long-term effect .%目的：探讨胸椎结核外科治疗手术方式及相关性的分析。方法：自2002年8月-2013年2月我院共手术治疗病例中获得120例胸椎结核的临床资料进行回顾，分析外科治疗手术方式及相关性因素对预后的影响。结果：根据个体化原则选择最佳的优化手术方案，所有患者术后
症状消失、切口均一期愈合。随访2～3．5年（平均2．4年）。结论：外科治疗手术方式及相关性分析对胸椎结核外科治疗可以改善其预后，必须遵循局部与系统兼顾的原则，针对不同个体采用与之相应的治疗方式，可以显著提高其远期疗效。
