【摘要】随着建筑行业的发展，高层建筑越来越多，而高层建筑电梯防火设计也被逐渐运用到了高层建筑消防设计的总体规划中，其在高层建筑消防体系中发挥着不可替代的作用。以高层建筑火灾特点为基础，简要分析了高层建筑电梯防火设计的必要性及相关规定，重点阐述了设计的具体内容、设计中应当注意的问题和高层建筑消防电梯的使用、维护等，希望能为房产建筑电梯防火设计和火灾预防提供一些建议。%With the development of the construction industry, more and more high-rise buildings, high-rise building elevators and fire protection design has also been gradually applied to the overall plan design in high-rise building fire, which has played an irreplaceable role in the high-rise building fire system.
