NdAlO3-CaTiO3微波介质陶瓷材料的研究

【摘要】为实现NdAlO3-CaTiO3体系陶瓷材料的优异微波介电性能,采用传统固相反应法制备了(1-x)NdAlO3-xCaTiO3粉末,研究了不同x值对NdAlO3-CaTiO3陶瓷结构和性能的影响.结果表明,当x取0.60,0.65,0.70,0.75,0.80时,所制陶瓷的结构均比较致密,无气孔,晶界清晰,主晶相为(1-x)NdAlO3-xCaTiO3.随着x的增大,陶瓷的密度由4.95 g/cm3呈近似线性递减至约4.45 g/cm3,粒径由4m增大至约l0μm,微波相对介电常数εr由38增大至约65,谐振频率温度系数τf由-9×10-6/K增大至32×10-6/K,Q·f则由38000降至约29000.%To achieve the excellent microwave dielectric properties of NdAIO3-CaTiO3 ceramics, (1-χ)NdA1O3-χCaTiO3 ceramics were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The effects of x value on the property and structure of NdAlO3-CaTiO3 ceramics were studied. The results show that; when x equals to 0.60, 0,65, 0.70, 0.75, 0.80, all the prepared ceramics show a compact structure, few air bubbles and distinct crystal boundary, and the main phase of ali the ceramics is (l-χ)NdAtQ3-χCaTiO3. The density of NdAlOrCaTiO3 ceramics decreases from 4.95 g/cm3 to 4.45 g/cm3 almost linearly with increasing x value, while their particle size increases from 4 urn to 10 μm, relative permittivity ε, increases from 38 to 65, temperature coefficient of
