【摘要】Objective:To investigate the feasibility and operative methods of CT-guided puncture biopsy in diagnostic of neck lesions in primary hospital.Method:13 patients with were neck lesions were performed puncture biopsy,analyzed accuracy of samples and complication. Result:The rate of successful was 100%,the rate of disease diagnosis was 85%(11/13),frequency rate of complication was 15%.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous biopsy with coaxial core biopsy needle is a simple,safe and accurate method for diagnosis of neck lesions. It may be used in primary hospitals with good conditions.% 目的：探讨基层医院应用CT引导穿刺活检术在诊断颈部病变的可行性及手术方法。方法：在螺旋CT引导下分别对13例患者行穿刺活检术，分析取材的准确性及并发症的发生率。结果：13个病灶穿刺成功率100%，病变定性诊断确诊率85%（11/13），无明显并发症发生。结论：CT引导下同轴穿刺活检术是一种简单、安全、准确的诊断方法，有条件的基层医院应该积极开展应用。 【总页数】3页(74-76)
