磁力导航交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效

【摘要】Objective To investigate the efficacy of magnetic navigation interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment of adult femoral shaft fractures.Methods A total of 64 patients with femoral shaft fractures
was
treated
with
magnetic
navigation
interlocking
intramedullary nailing(group A,34 cases) or common interlocking intramedullary nailing(group B,30 cases).Data of operation and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results Compared to group B,group A had less operation time[(7.41±2.04) minutes vs.(10.33±3.11) minutes],intraoperative X-ray check time[0 time vs.(4.23±1.45) times],and intraoperative blood loss[(126.03±25.69) ml vs.(182.67±34.13) ml](P<0.05).The recovery of knee joint function was earlier in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).The successful rate of group A was higher than that of group B(100% vs.83.3%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fracture healing time between two groups[(15.8±2.1)

vs.(16.1±2.2)
weeks](P>0.05).Conclusion
Magnetic navigation interlocking intramedullary nailing in treating femoral shaft fractures has the advantages of easier distal locking operation,less intraoperative blood loss and earlier recovery of knee
joint function.%目的 观察磁力导航交锁髓内钉治疗成人股骨干骨折的临床疗效.方法 成人股骨干骨折患者64例分别应用磁力导航交锁髓内钉(试验组,34例)和普通交锁髓内钉治疗(对照组,30例),比较两组手术相关资料和临床疗效. 结果 与对照组比较,试验组操作时间短[(7.41±2.04) min vs.(10.33±3.11) min]、术中透视次数少[0次vs.(4.23±1.45)次]、术中失血量少[(126.03±25.69) ml vs.(182.67±34.13) ml]、膝关节功能恢复快、远端锁定成功率高(100% vs.83.3%)(P均<0.05);两组骨折愈合时间相仿[(15.8±2.1)周vs.(16.1±2.2)周](P>0.05).结论 磁力导航交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折远端锁定操作简单,术中失血少,术后膝关节功能恢复快. 【总页数】3页(866-868)
