心理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

【摘要】目的：探讨心理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将76例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组38例。两组均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合心理干预。观察3个月，随访1a。于治疗后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、大体评定量表评定干预效果。结果治疗3个月及随访1a，研究组阳性与阴性症状量表评分呈下降趋势，对照组呈升高趋势，研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）；研究组大体评定量表评分较治疗前显著升高（P＜0．01），对照组则无显著变化（P＞0．05），研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论心理干预能显著改善康复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能，有利于疾病预后。%Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on social function of convales‐cence schizophrenic .Methods Seventy‐six convalescence schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 38 ones each .Both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing ,on this basis re‐search group was plus psychological intervention .They were observed for 3 months and followed up for 1 year .Intervention results were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS ) and Global Assessment Scale (GAS ) before and after treatment .Results During 3 month treatment and 1 year follow‐up the PANSS score
